key people who would handle a crisis; e.g. a morning workshop followed by a life-like scenario, in which you:

• Examine the role of the emergency services


• Decide what facts and key messages need to be relayed


• Understand how to set up a press conference


• Learn to deal with challenging interviews


• Have hands-on experience facing the press, TV and radio

All delegates receive full notes, a certificate and personal DVD copies of their interviews when training is completed.
