Sarah has spent over 20 years as a working journalist for newspapers and television. Her foray into journalism began with the challenging job of writing in German for a German daily newspaper.
Six years of employment with Masons News Service, one of the country's largest freelance press agencies based in Cambridge, saw Sarah regularly writing for the national newspapers. This included many front page stories including the Rikki Neave and Beverly Allitt murder enquiries and stories about the high profile security prison, Whitemoor. During her time at Masons Sarah reported for Sky and Anglia television news covering the region's strongest news and feature stories.
In 1993 Sarah took a key position with Anglia News as the network's Cambridge reporter. It was an opportunity to break a number of exciting stories involving the university, leading scientists and the Addenbrooke's and Papworth Hospitals. Sarah also fronted Anglia's flagship evening news programme, working live in the studio and on outside broadcasts.
Sarah now regularly works as a television news reporter and presenter.
