More positive feedback 

One of our trainers has just received these emails:

From Scott Hayward, Principal Controller, Brigade Control London: 

Back to the grind in London this morning after a fun 2 days in the West Midlands, just to say thank you for the information.  We thoroughly enjoyed the media training and it was the subject of much conversation over a couple of pints, glasses of wine and a couple of more pints in the evening, well it is Christmas! 

Daunting at times, the training gave us all a little more confidence to be able to deal with the inevitable press enquires as the project gets nearer to completion. Yours and Kevin’s enthusiasm ensured that we were able take onboard the advice you provided and hopefully we will be able to utilise that advice when the time comes.

I’d like to take the opportunity to say that Monday was a very useful day for me and to thank both you and Kevin for your open, honest and professional approach. Whilst I feel I need a great deal of practice, you did allay many of my fears and although I think it’s unlikely I’ll be in the front row saying ‘pick me’ when there is a spokesperson needed, I certainly feel better prepared.
